All of our associates possess between 10-25 years Human Resources and/or recruiting experience. We are degreed HR professionals, residing in various locations in the U.S. Our group has worked with industry leaders, but also provided HR counsel to small start-up companies. We have implemented large-scale projects for clients, but we are also very willing to help you work through a minor work issue - it is recognized that even the smallest issues can escalate into large-scale problems. No job is too small.

Our senior member (and President of Custom HR Solutions), Dan possesses 25 years of corporate and consultative Human Resources experience. He has helped non-union and union companies, large and small, corporate, manufacturing, service, and healthcare in virtually all HR disciplines- Compliance, Employee Relations, Training, Recruiting, Policy Development, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, (and in the development and implementation of various other HR initiatives). Dan possesses his M.A. Degree in Organizational Psychology. He has been an active member of SHRM as well as other national and local HR and business associations for many years.

Tom has extensive business, project, and administrative leadership and support experience within a wide range of industrial, professional, service and technical environments. Tom possesses an MBA Degree and is pursuing an Ed.D.
