About Us - Staff

As our name suggests, the solutions we provide to our clients are structured with their particular company in mind. Many consulting firms provide the “canned” approach and what you get is a generalized and theoretical solution to your specific issue. We recognize that no two companies are the same, every employee is different, so how can a solution to two companies be identical. They cannot. Therefore, we get to know you, your climate, and your philosophies, so that we can tailor a solution to your specific company.

Each of our associates possess between 10-25 years Human Resources and/or recruiting experience. We are all degreed HR professionals, residing in various locations in the U.S.  Our group has worked with industry leaders, but also provided HR counsel to small start-up companies.  We have implemented large-scale projects for clients, but we are also very willing to help you work through a minor work issue - it is recognized that even the smallest issues can escalate into large-scale problems.  No job is too small. 

Our Executives:

Dan Weinick

Our senior member (and President of Custom HR Solutions), Dan possesses 25 years of corporate and consultative Human Resources experience.  He has helped non-union and union companies, large and small, corporate, manufacturing, service, and healthcare in virtually all HR disciplines- Compliance, Employee Relations, Training, Recruiting, Policy Development, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, (and in the development and implementation of various other HR initiatives).  Dan possesses his M.A. Degree in Organizational Psychology.  He has been an active member of SHRM as well as other national and local HR and business associations for many years.

Gabrielle Parisi, Senior HR Consultant

Gabrielle brings over 20 years of Business Management experience from the Human Resources, Financial and Administrative perspectives. She has worked with Consumer Package Goods, Healthcare, Distribution, Marketing and Technical companies to create intuitive and process and policy solutions designed to establish and maintain excellence in products or services. Gabrielle has served union as well as non union companies and she is an SHRM certified Professional in Human Resources.   Gabrielle earned a dual undergraduate degree in Finance and Business Management as well as a Masters Degree in Human Resources Development and Counseling.

Dianne Wolff

Diane brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience from a variety of industries, from manufacturing, to engineering, to biotech to legal.  Diane’s undergraduate degree in Music, from Connecticut College, serves her avocation in choral music.  Her M.S. in Human Resources from Seattle Pacific University serves her HR vocation!  Diane is certified as a Sr. Human Resources Professional (SPHR) with SHRM.  She has worked in all aspects of HR, including recruiting, employee relations, compliance, performance management, training, benefits.  She thrives in the multi-facets of the “generalist” HR role.

Michelle Anderson

Michelle brings over 12 years of Human Resources experience from various non-profits, from hospitals to colleges, of various sizes and missions. Michelle received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration, with minors in Accounting and Economics and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies. She also received an M.B.A. from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois, and an M.S. degree in Nutrition from Saint Joseph’s University in West Hartford. Michelle is certified as a Sr. Human Resources Professional (SPHR) with SHRM. She has worked in all aspects of HR, including training, recruiting, employee relations, compliance, performance management, diversity, and benefits. She considers herself a true “generalist” and enjoys taking organizations from states of chaos to efficiency by streamlining organizational processes and practices.

Lindsay Buonomano

Lindsay has twelve years of Human Resources experience working in a number of industries and specialties within the field of Human Resources. Her employment background includes the role of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS Manager for a multi-state public utility. Lindsay has also as served as the head of Human Resources for an aerospace manufacturing company with an emphasis on employee relations, talent management, training and compliance. Lindsay’s broad background allows her to provide expertise in the full realm of Human Resources matters. Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut majoring in Organizational Communication, and her certificate in Human Resources Management from Northeastern University, she is a member of SHRM and is actively involved with the Connecticut Business & Industry Association (CBIA).
